Services Description

Aircation provides property management and rental services, including but not limited to:

• Guaranteed rent agreements with property owners
• Property management services
• Short-term rental accommodations for guests
• Booking and reservation services
• Property maintenance and cleaning services

The specific services provided will be outlined in the individual agreements between Aircation and property owners or guests.

Landlord Services

For property owners who enter into agreements with Aircation:

• Aircation will provide guaranteed monthly rental payments as specified in the individual agreement
• Property owners must ensure their property meets all legal requirements and safety standards
• Property owners must provide accurate information about their property
• Aircation will manage the property in accordance with the terms of the individual agreement
• Property owners grant Aircation the right to sublet the property to guests

Guest Services

For guests who book accommodations through Aircation:

• Guests must provide accurate personal information when making a booking
• Guests must comply with all house rules and policies
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay
• Aircation reserves the right to charge additional fees for damages or violations of house rules
• Cancellation policies will be specified at the time of booking

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Aircation and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content

By posting, uploading, or submitting content to our website or services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the website for any purpose other than that for which we make it available. Prohibited activities include:

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aircation and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the United Kingdom. Aircation and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of the United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
